A warning shot to the current RA majority on the council?
A hundred or so residents turned out for the protest against the closure of the public toilets at Stoneleigh Railway Station.
SARA chairman Bill Slaughter addressed the meeting
The meeting was addressed by Stoneleigh & Auriol Residents Association chairman, Bill Slaughter, who vowed to carry on fighting to save the public facility. He gave a stark warning to RA councillors that they must listen to local residents because the Association pays their election expenses.
