Tesco have submitted a planning application for their Upper High St. site
Tesco have submitted a formal planning application for the Upper High Street development site. This follows an exhibition of their proposals during the summer months.
As yet, the application has not been formally been registered by the borough council so is not available for viewing, but this should be done within the next week or so. Councillors are not aware of what plans have been submitted as yet, but those who sit on the Planning Committee will not be able to give an opinion in advance of the Planning Committee meeting. If they express a view, they are likely to be prevented from voting when that time comes.
